We post all orders made from Monday to Friday however, please be informed that orders processing will take 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends)

Singapore & Brunei : RM 15

All taxes (Import & Duty)  and customs fee are to be borne by the buyer according to their respective customs at home country.

For other countries, please email us at iqlimaapparel@gmail.com and we will assist you from there.

Semenanjung Malaysia : RM 8

Sabah & Sarawak : RM 13

All items purchased are non-exchangeable, non-returnable & non-refundable.

Defective Items or wrong item received.

In the unlikely event that there are defects in your items or wrong item is received, return & exchange is allowed with conditions, please contact us for further assistance.

Item returned for exchange must be:
– Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
– Item(s) must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.
– Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned back to the customer.

All returns & exchanges should be done WITHIN 7 Working Days. Should it exceed the stated period, no exchange will be accepted.
